And a lot of todays "militia" are associated with skin heads and neo-nazis.

Re: Once more, why should these be legal?

that isnt the point......you pointed to teh first part of the 2nd amendment

the 1st part of that mentions militia

anybody can be part of or join a militia

hence the reason the right to own a gun isnt going away

Why would they have to move the draft age? Cause u think that people should not be able to die for their country when they cant vote? You would probably be one of those that would leave the country if u got drafted cause you wouldnt have the balls to fight a war.

Hell if i got drafted i would fight and wouldnt care if i could vote or not. Im even considering enlisting right now without being drafted. And people can always get alcohol even if they are not 21.

Re: Once more, why should these be legal?

I dont care about guns being legal. They will get them no matter what. Theres nothing anyone can do about them. And if u make em illegal then they will all try to get them to go against the government to seem cool. It doesnt matter whats illegal and whats not if anyone wants anything bad enough then they should get it.
And i was replying to r13 trying to say that they would have to raise the draft age not trying to get in an argument with u.

I'm thinking the term "ex-convict " and "gun" will never be legal together.
